1. about this service

I-Builder (i-builder.app) is an online tool that allows users to create visual instruction cards and round stickers. Users may download their designs as PNG files for free, or order printed sticker sheets through our print-on-demand service.

3. using the tool

• The design tool is free to use for personal and commercial purposes.
• You may download PNG exports at no cost.
• Printed orders are subject to the pricing shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

4. printed orders

4.1 what you're ordering

When you place a print order you are purchasing:

• A design fee (covers platform use and file preparation)
• Printed sticker sheet(s) produced by our print partner
• Shipping to your delivery address

4.2 print production

Orders are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production typically begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We do not hold physical stock.

4.3 shipping

• We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe only. US orders are not available at this time.
• Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within Europe, 5–10 business days to the UK.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4.4 pricing

All prices are displayed in USD at checkout. Final charges may vary slightly due to currency conversion by your payment provider. VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment you agree to Stripe's own terms of service.

6. refunds and cancellations

• Digital downloads (PNG exports) are non-refundable as they are delivered instantly.
• Print orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of payment, before production begins. Contact us immediately at cristian@jcstudio.ro with your order reference.
• If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
• We do not accept returns for orders where the design was approved by the customer at checkout.

7. intellectual property

• All icons and illustrations in the I-Builder library are original works owned by Enache Cristian PFA and are protected by copyright.
• You may use downloaded or printed designs for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. labelling your products, hospitality signage, equipment instructions).
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw icon assets themselves.
• The I-Builder name, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enache Cristian PFA shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Print delays caused by our print partner or shipping carriers
• Any loss resulting from reliance on instruction cards created using this tool

Our total liability for any claim related to a print order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

10. privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, email, delivery address). We do not sell your data. For full details see our Privacy Policy below.

11. changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

12. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

This Privacy Policy explains how Enache Cristian PFA ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use i-builder.app. It applies to all visitors and customers and is written in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. what data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you place a print order. We do not collect data from users who only use the free design tool or download PNG files.

• Name, email address, delivery address — to process and fulfil your order, and to send you order status notifications. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Payment data — handled exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• IP address / browser data — collected passively by our server (Hetzner VPS, Germany) for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not build user profiles. We do not collect data from minors.

3. google fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which causes your browser to send your IP address to Google's servers in the United States. This transfer is covered by Google's standard contractual clauses. If you prefer to block this, you can use a browser extension that prevents third-party font requests.

4. third-party processors

We share your data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing. Your name and email are shared to generate a checkout session. Stripe is certified under EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe Privacy Policy →

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other parties.

5. international transfers

Stripe is based in the United States. Data transfers to Stripe are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Stripe's standard contractual clauses.

6. data retention

• Order records (name, email, address, order details) — retained for 5 years from the date of order to comply with Romanian accounting law (Legea 82/1991).
• Email correspondence — retained for up to 2 years.
• Data is securely deleted after the applicable retention period.

7. your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Right to restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. We use localStorage (browser-side only, never transmitted to our server) to temporarily store your design session while you use the creator tool. This data never leaves your browser and is cleared when you reset or close the tool.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this section. We will notify customers of material changes by email where we hold your contact details.
